Free Medical Camps
SPT’s vision was to initially provide healthcare services at Krishnarampur village and its surrounding disadvantaged populations who do not have access to adequate quality healthcare at Noakhali, Bangladesh. SPT commenced its yearly free medical camp on 25 December 2016 at Maijdee, Noakhali, specializing in six areas (Dermatology, ENT, Surgery, Women’s Health, Medicine and Paediatrics) We thank the 13 health professionals (8 specialists, 5 medical students and 5 pharmacists) and 36 volunteers, who came from different parts in Bangladesh, and spent their valuable time in treating approximately 1100 patients and distributed free medicines among them. Since then, SPT has continued free medical camps every year in different areas(Khalifar Hat, Char Bata hata, & Mantaz Kha) at Noakhali and included free Eye clinic camp from 2018 onwards.SPT Health Centre
SPT has been running a medical center at Krishnarampur, Noakhali successfully for almost a year, providing access to doctors and free essential medicines for its residents in economically depressed areas at greater Noakhali, Bangladesh. Also, SPT is about to begin the construction of SPT hopital at Noakhali.In the future, SPT will expand its services by engaging in collaboration with other hospitals to improve access to adequate and timely health care.
